MAZCAN Enterprises, LLC is a minority owned and operated consulting firm that meets the training needs of small to medium size businesses, and human resources departments within government and nonprofit agencies. MAZCAN is registered as small business with the Central Contractor Registration.

MAZCAN uses interactive group training sessions to provide professional development to a variety of organizations on a wide range of topics that promote team building and enhance professional skills.  Role playing, power point presentation and other techniques are used to engage participants in learning and applying the material.

Our responsibility is to work with managers and identify what is truly needed by the organization in order to ensure we can deliver.  Knowing the organization’s frame work, culture and the employee’s attitudes towards the overall concerns can all help us in the training process to prove its value.
